RMA request

Return Materials Authorization requests are bound for customers with KOBIL customer number only. Those who got the device from distributors and resellers or from their bank have to approach them firstly.

Please note, that KOBIL will assume no warranty for products which have not been supplied by KOBIL or whose warranty period has expired as well as returned shipments that do not match the description made. Such products will be returned at the expense of the sender. Also KOBIL reserves the right to charge a flat processing fee of 20 EUR for the efforts.

You can send your authorization request to rma-request@kobil.com with following mandatory information: KOBIL customer number, Company name, Contact address, KOBIL product name, Quantity and Reason for the RMA request.
