The article focuses on the launch of Istanbul Senin, developed by KOBIL together with Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality’s UGETAM team. The SuperApp was designed to bring transportation, bill payments, municipal services, digital identity, digital wallet functions, cultural services, and citizen participation into one platform. Munyar presents the project as a major step toward creating a secure, integrated digital ecosystem for Istanbul’s residents.
