The world’s first Trusted Enterprise SuperApp Platform
You’re paying for Salesforce, SAP, Okta, Slack, and DocuSign. You don’t have to. And none of them are sovereign.
July 14, 2026

Today, enterprises typically manage five to seven separate software solutions for identity, communication, contract execution, approvals, and payments – sold to them by Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Okta, Slack, and DocuSign. Each solution has its own contracts, its own audit logic, its own security architecture, and none of these providers knows – or cares – what the others are doing. None of it is sovereign. None of it can prove who was actually accountable for a decision. This is the structural problem that KOBIL Trusted SuperApp was built to end.
What is KOBIL Trusted SuperApp?
KOBIL Trusted SuperApp is a Trusted Business SuperApp Platform: the infrastructure layer on which enterprises orchestrate all business-critical digital transactions - approvals, agreements, onboarding processes, payments, contracts, internal and external communication – within a single system. The foundation is not productivity, but trust: every interaction on KOBIL Trusted SuperApp is identity-bound, every approval cryptographically signed, every transaction audit-ready.
KOBIL Trusted SuperApp is not another SaaS tool. It is the trust layer that SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow were never designed to be – unifying the functions currently fragmented across Okta, Slack, DocuSign, and PingID into one platform, under one identity, with one audit trail. Hosted in Europe. Subject to European law. Not the Cloud Act.
Who is behind it?
KOBIL was founded in 1986 by Ismet Koyun in Worms – one of the few German technology companies that has operated continuously in digital security and cryptographic identity for almost four decades. Today, customers of the KOBIL Group include Commerzbank, Mastercard, Airbus, Siemens, Deutsche Telekom, and the German Bundestag. More than 150 million identities worldwide are secured on KOBIL infrastructure – without a single documented security breach.
This 40-year security DNA is the foundation of KOBIL Trusted SuperApp. Not roadmap, but lived architecture.
What does KOBIL Trusted SuperApp deliver?
The Trusted Enterprise SuperApp Platform consists of five integrated modules that together form a platform:
KOBIL Identity – PKI-based, cryptographically verified identity for employees, customers, partners, and AI agents. eIDAS- and EUDI-wallet compliant. Replaces and surpasses: Okta, PingID, Microsoft Entra ID.
KOBIL Messenger – End-to-end encrypted communication in which every participant is provably who they claim to be. CEO fraud is structurally impossible. Every message is simultaneously communication, authentication, and an audit event. Replaces and surpasses: Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp Business.
KOBIL Pay Gateway – Cryptographic payment authorization layer. Not a payment service provider, but the approval instance before every high-value transaction. Compliant with MaRisk, DORA, and the EU AI Act. Detects classic fraud patterns such as IBAN manipulation before a transaction reaches the bank.
mBusiness (Workflow Engine) – Drag-and-drop process modeling in which every workflow step is cryptographically signed. No click without proof. Replaces and surpasses: ServiceNow Flow, SAP Fiori Approve, Microsoft Power Automate.
KOBIL SuperApp Layer – The integrating framework: a MiniApps framework that embeds existing ERP, CRM, and core systems into identity-bound interfaces without replacing them. KOBIL AI Trust ensures that AI agents within the system also carry a verified identity and sign every action.
What differentiates KOBIL Trusted SuperApp from existing solutions?
Salesforce was built for CRM. SAP was built for ERP. Okta was built for access management. None of them were built for trust. KOBIL Trusted SuperApp is different: trust is the architecture, not a configuration option bolted on after the sale. Specifically, this means:
· Sovereign deployment: KOBIL Trusted SuperApp runs on-premise, in private clouds, or in KOBIL-managed data centers in Germany, the EU, or other chosen jurisdictions. Unlike US hyperscaler solutions, KOBIL Trusted SuperApp is not subject to the Cloud Act or comparable access regimes.
· Platform economics: An enterprise currently paying EUR 80–120 per user per month across five to seven separate US-hosted tools consolidates onto KOBIL Trusted SuperApp with one audit logic, one contract, one identity layer – at approximately 70% lower cost per user. One contract to pass all audits.
· Land and expand: Companies typically start with KOBIL Identity (Essential Tier, starting at EUR 5/user/month) and expand to the full platform within 18-24 months. ACV increases by a factor of 3 to 5 in the process.
Who is KOBIL Trusted SuperApp designed for?
KOBIL Trusted SuperApp is designed for regulated enterprises and organizations that must execute digital transactions in a legally binding, verifiable, and sovereign manner: financial institutions, insurance companies, industrial corporations, public authorities, and healthcare organizations with more than 5,000 users. Particularly relevant for organizations that must operationally implement DORA, MaRisk, eIDAS, PSD2, BSI Baseline Protection, or the EU AI Act.
Three entry paths
KOBIL Trusted SuperApp Essential (Identity Entry): Starting at EUR 5 per user/month. KOBIL Identity, EUDI-wallet-ready, compliance reports, SaaS deployment in Germany. Minimum 5,000 users.
KOBIL Trusted SuperApp Professional (Three-Worlds Platform): Starting at EUR 15 per user/month. All Identity functions plus Messenger, Workflow Engine, and community features. Minimum 10,000 users.
KOBIL Trusted SuperApp Sovereign Platform (Enterprise): Individual platform license. Full sovereignty, on-premise/hybrid, white-label, Smart Approval Hub, dedicated customer success.
The strategic position
KOBIL Trusted SuperApp does not ask enterprises to abandon SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow. It asks them to stop pretending those platforms deliver trust, sovereignty, or accountability – because they do not, and regulators are starting to notice. KOBIL Trusted SuperApp is the identity-native trust layer that sits on top of existing systems and makes every action cryptographically provable. The CIO keeps their current investments. They finally get the trust infrastructure those investments were missing. And Germany gets the sovereign enterprise stack that Fabian Mehring, Bavaria’s State Secretary for Digital Affairs, is now demanding as state policy.
