DevOps Engineer Infrastructure Services

Tasks:

You will support our team in building and maintaining virtual environments for product development and product demonstration.

The tasks include the provision of infrastructure components and monitoring systems.

You will work with your colleagues on the fully automated provisioning and monitoring of our microservices.

Profile:

Successfully completed studies or training in information technology and relevant professional experience of at least three years.

Personal enthusiasm for new technologies in the areas of virtualization and monitoring.

Very good knowledge and practical experience in the areas of system administration (Linux or BSD), virtualization with VMware vSphere and infrastructure components such as firewalls, load balancers, proxies (e.g. pf, iptables, HAProxy, nginx).

Sound knowledge of network and storage concepts.

Good knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python).

Ideally knowledge of modern solutions in the field of Microservice Monitoring (Prometheus, Elastic Stack, OpenCensus).

DevOps Engineer – Automated Deployment

Tasks:

You will support our team in the provisioning and orchestration of our microservices.

The tasks include the development of tools for the automated installation and configuration of software components as well as the provision of appropriate administration interfaces.

You will work with colleagues on fully automated provisioning and monitoring of our microservices.

Profile:

Successfully completed studies or training in computer science and relevant professional experience.

Personal enthusiasm for new technologies in the areas of automated deployment and orchestration.

Very good knowledge and practical experience in the areas of system administration (Linux or BSD), programming in script languages (especially Bash, Python), automation with Ansible (alternatively Puppet or boss).

Good knowledge and experience in the development of web-based backend systems (Django, PostgreSQL, REST APIs) as well as Typescript/JavaScript (e.g. Angular or React).

Ideally experience in automated creation of virtual machines with packer and programming of VMware vSphere API.

The Profile:
They support the CEO in day-to-day business, operational and strategic projects. You will build up your personal marketing and sales skills with the aim of entering the key account sales area.

Main tasks and activities:
– Support of the managing director in day-to-day business as well as in projects and processes
– Regular provision of sales and project reports
– Procurement and analysis of information for decision preparation
– Preparation of documents, internal/external communication and presentations
– Preparation of market and competition analyses
– Identification, qualification and development of conceptual approaches for generating new business

Required Knowledge & Experience

Your duties:
– Further expansion and development of existing customer/partner segments and identification of customer and market needs
– Qualification of partners (core banking, mobile banking, digitalization, financial & insurance solution providers) where KOBIL solutions can be used to complete their services
– Differentiation and adjustment of the partner sales strategy for e.g. OEM partners
and software product houses
– Definition, support and implementation of joint business plans with customers and partners
– Initiation and realisation of marketing and sales activities
– Increase of company and offer awareness among partners and customer segments
– Independent planning and implementation of customer activities, from the needs analysis to quotation preparation to price and final negotiations.
– Leadership and close cooperation with the internal sales team.
Our requirements:
