KOBIL completes its existing portfolio with the Secure Production Anonymous Certificates (SPACE) solution for secure online banking. In the process of issuing certificates and chip cards, banks often face one logistical challenge: Personalization.

Based on highest security criteria KOBIL 4smart SPACE permits the personalization of cards in a very simple and efficient way. A completely preconfigured system allows for fully automated production of anonymous certificates for online banking. This innovative system works independently of existing systems and IT infrastructure.

The anonymous cards are sent to bank customers without any additional customization. This is also when the card PIN and the personal certificate of the customer will be allocated. This first initialization process is carried out in accordance with strict security criteria and can be conducted worldwide in a convenient way.
