Worms (Germany) / Zurich (Switzerland), August 29th, 2008. The Migros Bank partner of the mobile online banking specialised IT security provider KOBIL Systems suggested the latest KOBIL product of the mIDentity line for the TeleTrusT Innovation Award.
As one of the leading Swiss retail banks, the Migros Bank in early 2008 announced its decision to opt for the security solution mIDentity from KOBIL. Due to the positive experience at the introduction of this customer friendly online banking product the Migros Bank decided to present the Migros Bank mIDentity on this years TeleTrusT Innovation Award. The mobile mini terminal mIDentity from the size of a USB stick provides security against phishing, encrypts the communication between a customer and his bank and works with the standard operating systems like Windows, Linux and MacOS.
The international TeleTrusT Innovation Award is presented annually by TeleTrusT Deutschland eV.
Before the globally applicable middle class IT security platform “X-KEY” developed by KOBIL Systems for the X-MS Corporation had been awarded as “Innovation product 2008”. In the category “IT security” the initiative for small and mid-sized businesses decided for the high secure X-MS solution in USB format. Criteria for the award next to value and innovation content had been the small and mid-sized businesses suitability of the X-MS solution.
